• Services: Refers to all printing, design, and related services provided by SupaFly Print.
• User/Client: Any individual or entity that accesses or uses our services.
• Order: Any request for services or products made through our website or by other means.

• Lawful Use: You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Accountability: You are responsible for any information you provide to us and agree that it is accurate and up-to-date.

• Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance by Superfly Print. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
• Pricing and Availability: Prices, specifications, and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice.
• Payment Terms: Full payment is required at the time of order placement unless otherwise agreed upon. 
• Cancellation Policy: Orders may be canceled if they have not yet entered the production process. Once production has begun, cancellations may not be permitted.

• Ownership: All content, designs, logos, and other intellectual property displayed on our website or included in our services are the property of SupaFly Print or its licensors.
• Restrictions: You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or otherwise use any content or intellectual property without prior written consent from SupaFly Print.

• Custom Orders: Due to the custom nature of many printed products, refunds are generally not available unless there is a mistake on our part.
• Defective Products: If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receipt, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
• Non-Refundable Items: Products that have been approved for production are non-refundable once they have been produced.

• No Indirect Damages: SupaFly Print shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of our services.
• Maximum Liability: Our total liability, whether in contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the services in question.

• “As Is” Service: Our services are provided on an “as is” basis without any warranties, express or implied. This includes any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• Service Interruptions: We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services and shall not be liable for any temporary unavailability or errors.

• Right to Amend: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
• Continued Use: Your continued use of our services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

• Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
• Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of South Africa, as mutually agreed upon by the parties.
